  • I have partnered with hundreds of high-achieving individuals and leaders through executive life and leadership coaching engagements that are both strategically rigorous and personally transformative. This work supports individuals navigating complex roles, sustained responsibility, and high expectations—often at the intersection of leadership, identity, and well-being.

My coaching practice is not generic or formulaic. It is an integrative, strategic partnership designed for high-achieving women—and others operating under similar pressures—who have mastered achievement yet sense that their current way of working and living is no longer sustainable or fully aligned.

    Selected Focus Areas & Outcomes:

    • Supporting leaders in examining the patterns, expectations, and internal narratives that have shaped their success

    • Strengthening internal leadership capacity to support clearer decision-making, boundaries, and strategic focus

    • Redesigning life and work structures to align performance, values, and well-being over the long term

While this work resonates most deeply with high-achieving women, it supports anyone navigating the demands of leadership, over-functioning, or chronic pressure who is seeking a more grounded and coherent way forward.

This coaching work reflects the same core commitments that guide my systems, research, and strategy engagements: purposeful alignment as the foundation for sustainable leadership, meaningful contribution, and lasting impact.

  • I design and facilitate professional learning experiences that are heart-led, human-centered, and deeply interactive. These are not sit-and-get sessions. Every engagement is intentionally structured to invite participants into reflection, dialogue, and embodied learning—using their lived experiences as the starting point for real shifts in how they live, work, and lead.

My sessions integrate multiple modalities to ensure accessibility, engagement, and depth. Depending on the context and audience, this may include guided reflection, small- and large-group discussion, writing, movement, and creative or expressive practices. This approach allows participants to engage in ways that feel safe, resonant, and personally meaningful—rather than performative or extractive.

Whether facilitated virtually or in person, my work maintains the same level of energy, presence, and connection. Participants are not passive recipients of information; they are active contributors to a shared learning environment that invites honesty, curiosity, and integration.

Across organizations and settings, this work consistently supports:

    • Deeper understanding of stress, well-being, and human functioning

    • Increased self-awareness and practical insight grounded in real-life experience

    • Meaningful conversation that extends beyond the session into relationships, work, and home

    • A learning environment where people feel seen, respected, and invited to participate fully

Participant feedback often reflects not only the quality of the content, but the experience of the space itself—described as engaging, thought-provoking, accessible, and deeply relevant. Many request continued sessions, note shifts in how they understand and manage stress, and share how the learning carried into conversations with partners, colleagues, and family members.

“Dr. Chaneé did an excellent job facilitating and giving everyone space to process and share.”
    - Professional Learning Participant

At its core, this work is about creating learning spaces that honor the full human experience—spaces where insight leads to integration, and where learning becomes something people can actually live.
